Tuck holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelors from Lake Forest College. Barclay has over 30 years of senior-level major gift fundraising and leadership experience in education, community service, health, microfinance, and conservation organizations. Tuck has dedicated his career to raising money to provide life-changing services and opportunities for individuals and families, including 19 years with United Way. Currently, he is the Director of Development for Ketcha Outdoors in Scarborough, ME. Most recently, he served as Director of Development for ProsperityME and Resource Development Director for United Way of York County in Kennebunk, ME. Before his work in Maine, Tuck served as Director of Philanthropy for Massachusetts & Rhode Island at the Trust for Public Land, Senior Director of Resource Development with Accion International, and Director of Development & Membership for the Archaeological Institute of America.
