About our campus
Darrow occupies the site of the original Mount Lebanon Shaker Village, which has been designated a National Historic Landmark.
On our 365-acre campus, adjoining the Pittsfield State Forest, there are 26 buildings (most are original Shaker structures), several playing fields, tennis courts, extensive hiking and cross-country ski trails, ponds, pastures, orchards, marshlands, and an expansive forest. It’s the quintessence of the beauty of the Berkshires.
